7 year-old twins orphaned after crash in Redwood City

REDWOOD CITY, CA- The parents of female twins were killed on Friday in a fiery crash in Redwood City, ClimateWC reports.

Grace and Greg Ammen passed away in an incident on El Camino Real and Finger Avenue around 8p.m.

They were involved in a two-vehicle crash in which one of the vehicles caught on fire.

The vehicle that caught on fire was drive by a 17 year-old. Two people were also in that vehicles. No one in this vehicle sustained major injuries.

The Ammens were found in the other car. Their newly-orphaned daughters are Madison and Olivia.

Nothing has been reported regarding the cause of the crash.

The investigation remains open and anyone with information should contact the Redwood City Police Department’s Investigations Unit at (650) 780-7111.
