SAN MARCOS, CA – A 29-year-old man was killed in San Marcos after being hit by a pickup truck on Tuesday, KUSI reports.
The victim was attempting to cross Mission Road around 11:25 p.m. when he was struck by a Dodge Ram 1500. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
Police do not believe that drugs or alcohol played a role in the fatal crash.
