Pedestrian killed in Hollywood Hills hit-and-run

HOLLYWOOD HILLS, CA – A pedestrian was killed on Monday night by a hit-and-run driver in Hollywood Hills, local news reports. 

The accident occurred near the intersection of Sunset Boulevard and McCadden Place around 8:45 p.m.The victim was struck by a white 2018 Audi S5 traveling west on Sunset Boulevard.

The Audi driver then alerted a police officer to the accident before fleeing the scene.

The victim, who has not been identifed, died at the scene.

Police are searching for the driver.
