WALNUT CREEK, CA – A driver was arrested for DUI after hitting two pedestrians early Saturday morning, CBS San Francisco reports. HAYWARD, CA – One person died after they were struck by a BART train in the Hayward area this afternoon, according to information from ABC 7 News. The collision happened south of the Hayward Station at around 3:50 p.m., when a person was struck by a train after reportedly gaining access to the tracks. CONTRA COSTA COUNTY, CA – Three people were killed and two were injured after an Amtrack train struck a sedan in Contra Costa County.
