Cyclist killed in Bakersfield hit-and-run

BAKERSFIELD, CA – A cyclist was killed after being struck by a driver who fled the scene in Bakersfield on Monday, KGET reports. 

The victim was riding in an alley near the intersection of Pearl Street and Robinson Street when they were struck sometime before 8 a.m.

The cyclist was a man in his forties. No information is currently available on the driver, who left the scene of the accident.
