RICHMOND, CA – Eastbound I-580 was blocked by a semi-truck that overturned on the highway near Richmond, KTVU reports.
It is not clear what caused the accident. All lanes of traffic were blocked during Wednesday’s rush hour.
No injuries have been reported.
