Man killed in Griffith Park hit-and-run

GRIFFITH PARK, CA – A 70-year-old man was killed on Saturday afternoon after a woman intentionally ran him over with his car, KTLA reports. 

The accident occurred along the 2300 block of Fern Dell Drive around 3 p.m. on Saturday. The victim was in an argument with a 32-year-old woman when he slipped and fell.

The woman then got in the vitcim’s car and purposefully ran him over before fleeing the scene.

He was rushed to the hospital where he was pronounced dead.

The woman was later found and arrested. She will be facing murder charges.
