BAKERSFIELD, CA – A man was killed on Saturday night after he was struck by a vehicle on White Lane Saturday night, Bakersfield Now reports.
The accident occurred near the intersection of White Lane and Hughes Lane around 9:30 p.m.
The victim was rushed to the hospital, where he later passed away.
The man who was driving the car remained at the scene and cooperated with the police. Drugs and alcohol are not suspected to be a factor.
