Oakland teenager killed in Highway 13 crash

OAKLAND, CA – A 17-year-old boy was killed on Highway 13 on Sunday night, according to reporting from CBS News. 

The single-vehicle collision occurred on Highway 13 just south of Park Boulevard around 8 p.m.

The victim lost control of his Infiniti sedan and left the road. He was ejected and died at the scene.

Police believe that speed may have played a role in the crash.
