Pedestrian killed in south Los Angeles

LOS ANGELES, CA – A woman was killed after being struck by a car in south Los Angeles on Sunday night, local news reports. 

The incident occurred at the intersection of 105th Street and Avalon Boulevard around 11 p.m. The events leading up to the crash have not been reported.

The woman died at the scene. The driver remained at the scene and cooperated with police.
