Pedestrian killed near Fresno High School

FRESNO, CA –  A 76-year-old woman was killed on Wednesday morning after being struck by a car near Fresno High School.

According to the Fresno Bee, the victim was struck around 8 a.m. as she attempted to cross McKinley Avenue near Harrison Avenue.

The driver remained on the scene and cooperated with police. No further information is currently available.
