Pedestrian seriously injured in Mission Valley crash

MISSION VALLEY, CA – A pedestrian suffered serious injuries after being struck by a car in Mission Valley on Wednesday morning, ABC 10 San Diego reports. 

The victim was attempting to cross the I-805 freeway when he was struck by a red sedan in the northbound lanes.

When first responders arrived the man had an open head fracture but was still alive.
